Welcome to CH3’s 15th annual celebration of our 2002 anthrax scare! It’s also the largest annual hashing event in Chicago, this year featuring up to 200 wonderful hashers just like you.

This is smack dab in downtown so there are a plethora of touristy sites to see.

Thursday Dec. 14th
7:00 PM – Run with the Thirstday HHH. A-to-A Trail at O’Donnell’s – 4500 N. Elston Ave. $8
Friday Dec. 15th
6:00 AM – Day drinking on your own at any of the many watering holes in Chicago.
7:00 PM – Anthrax Prelube Trail (runners). A-to-A at Duffy’s Tavern and Grille – 420 W. Diversey Pkwy. $$$ ($8 walk-up)
8:00 PM to 11:59 PM – Drink deal at Duffy’s Tavern and Grille – 420 W. Diversey Pkwy. $20
11:59 PM – Continue drinking on your own.
Saturday Dec. 16th
11:00 AM – Check-in and pick up your goodies at our main venue at 1821 W. Hubbard St. $$$
12:00 PM – Beer will flow! $$$
1:00 PM to 1:30 PM – Chalk talk and on-out for main event runs (ball buster, long, short, walkers) A-to-A. $$$
4:00 PM – Back to the venue for a post-trail beer or 10. $$$
5:00 PM – Dinner is served. (Meal Voucher will get you Hot Dog Fiend’s tasty weiners, Cheesie’s quality grilled cheese, or Mr. Quiles tacos/burritos ) $$$
5:45 PM – Circle Up! $$$
7:00 to 11:00 PM – Party and drink the night away $$$
11:01 PM – Wander to the nearby West Loop neighborhood and continue drinking on your own.
Sunday Dec. 17th
10:00 AM – Wake up and grab brunch and a bloody Mary on your own.
Noon – Hangover run (runners, walkers) A-to-A trails at Roscoe’s – 3356 N. Halsted St. $$$ ($10 walk-up)
2:00 PM – Circle Up! $$$
3:30 PM – Lunch is served. $$$
6:00 PM – Swing Low and GTFO until Anthrax 2019!
Monday Dec. 18th
7:00 PM – Still around? Then you won’t want to miss the First Crack of the Moon Hash. A-to-B trail featuring Christmas light displays starting at The Drinking Bird – 2201 N. Clybourn Ave. $5
